Keloid
Keloid is a prominent scar after an injury has healed. Keloid is caused by an excess of protein (Collagen) in the skin during healing. Although Keloid are not harmful to health they may cause cosmetic concern. In extreme cases, it can influence development of skin. Keloid scars are seen multiple times more much of the time in individuals. Symptoms includes appear and grow slowly, begin as a raised pink, red, or purple scar. A Keloid is usually a raised scar with a flat surface, feel different than the surrounding skin, cause pain, itching, or tenderness.
