Dysmenorrhoea
Dysmenorrhea also known as painful periods, or Menstrual Cramp. It occurs around the monthly Menstural Cycle. Symptoms of Dysmenorrhea normally persist within three days. The location of pain is lower abdomen that radiate to lower back to growing region and thigh. Dysmenorrhea is more common in young ladies. In more senior ladies Dysmenorrhea is common because of uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, or endometriosis. Symptoms of Dysmenorrhea includes headaches, nausea and vomiting, digestive problems, such as diarrhoea or constipation, fainting, premenstrual symptoms, such as tender breasts and a swollen abdomen, which may continue throughout the period.
